In consideration for being permitted by Darya Harris and Daryasdogs to be a participant in this event, I hereby agree that I will assume full responsibility for the death, personal injury or property damage suffered or sustained to me, as a result of, or in connection with my participation in this event. I agree, therefore, to indemnify Darya Harris, Daryasdogs and other participants from and against all liability, claims, demands, damages, judgments, and costs for or arising from the death or personal injury of myself or damage to my property suffered or sustained by me as a direct or indirect result of my participation; even if such death, personal injury, or property damage arises out of the negligence of Daryasdogs or Darya Harris (or any of its employees, volunteers, or other participants). I further agree that I will not make any claim against, sue, attach the property of, or prosecute Daryasdogs or Darya Harris (or any of its employees, volunteers, or participants) for any death, personal injury or property damage, whatever the cause or place of the event giving rise to the claim, which I may suffer or sustain as a result of or in connection with my participation in any event or service. In addition, I hereby release and dis- charge Darya Harris and Daryas dogs (and its employees, volunteers, or other participants) from all actions, claims or demands that I now have or may hereafter have for any death, personal injury or property damage arising out of or in connection with my participation in any event or service. This release of liability is intended to discharge in advance, Darya Harris and Daryasdogs (and its employees, volunteers or other participants) from and against any and all liability to me or to any person claiming under, through or on behalf of either of us arising out of or connected in any way with my participation any service or event; even though that liability may arise out of negligence on the part of Daryasdogs or Darya Harris (and its employees, volunteers or other participants). I further understand that the behavior of domestic animals is sometimes unpredictable and that some domestic animals are capable of inflicting serious personal injury or death, as well as extensive property damage. Knowing the risks of handling domestic animals, nevertheless, I hereby agree to assume those risks and to release, indemnify and hold harmless Daryasdogs, Darya Harris and the persons mentioned above who might otherwise be liable to me or my heirs or assignees for damages. I also hereby acknowledge that any medical attention that may be needed arising from any physical injury that I may sustain during my time as a participant of any event or service will not be reimbursed financially by Daryasdogs or Darya Harris (and its employees, volunteers or other participants) . I am solely responsible for carrying insurance and the responsibility for so doing. In the event of an emergency, I give Daryasdogs and Darya Harris my permission to call an ambulance and/or seek emergency medical attention if they so feel necessary. It is understood and agreed that this Indemnity, Waiver and Release of Liability is intended to be binding on me and my heirs, distributes, legal representatives or assignees.
